March 28, 2010 in CT Dukes. Probably training too hard to post. I have not been training that hard, I hurt my ribs playing soccer. I actually think I put on weight this month. Very poor performance by moi. Atleast I did not cut my hand off with a chainsaw like Olko. And Adge has apparently found new rigorous training killing beavers. And Mark? Yup, driving around in a hybrid also qualifies as training in some parts of the country. A darn good week .
